I aim to empower organizations and teams with the knowledge, strategies, and support they need to achieve successful and sustainable transformations. I specialize in technical and organizational change management, process optimization, culture and leadership development, User Experience, and training and education programs. Enabling businesses to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
Having worked with technical engineering and project teams for over 20 years I am able to collaborate with and direct technical program portfolios and ideas through all levels of an organization from C-Level suite to end Users.
Apart from my professional experience, I am also an RRCA Certified Run Coach, triathlete, and avid cyclist. I have completed multiple half and full marathons and regularly participate in 100-mile cycling events (Centuries), and triathlons across California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. Born and raised in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, I attribute my high-altitude upbringing for my passion for the outdoors and pushing my own limits.
Growing up running and playing soccer, I completed my first 100-mile cycling event in 2010, my first triathlon in 2011, and I have been hooked on endurance sports ever since. I started Run Coaching in 2017 when my son was introduced to a fantastic running program called WeROCK and was immediately inspired by the program and its mission. After witnessing the positive mental and physical growth being experienced by so many kids, including now two of my own children, I’ve become a firm advocate for this amazing program and the lifelong positive influence it can have.
“It’s incredible to see what our youth are capable of when they realize that small incremental changes and hard work can produce massive achievements they will carry for their entire lives.”
